2. Services Offered

We provide professional beauty treatments including micropigmentation, tooth gem application, eyebrow design, gel pedicure, Korean skin treatments, high frequency treatment, and facial cleansing.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system.

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of the deposit, as compensation for the reserved slot.

4. Payments

A deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable outside the conditions mentioned above.

 

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are not granted for services already provided.

For prepaid packages, unused sessions may be rescheduled or transferred within a specific time frame.

 

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to treatment.

Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect the results.
 

7. Limitation of Liability

Results may vary, and adverse reactions, while rare, can occur. Mercedes Dias Beauty Artist is not responsible for dissatisfaction with results or side effects from treatments.
